摘 要:针对川东北元坝地区地层硬度大、研磨性强、可钻性差、用常规钻井液机械钻速较慢、采用气体钻井常因地层出水无法顺利实施的情况,优选出了适合该类地层钻进的充气泡沫钻井液。室内性能评价试验表明,优选出的充气泡沫钻井液可以携带出地层水和岩屑、抑制岩屑水化分散。优选出的充气泡沫钻井液在元坝地区4口井的上部可钻性极差的砂泥岩地层进行了应用,结果表明,优选出的充气泡沫钻井液解决了气体钻井钻遇出水地层无法实施、井壁稳定及大尺寸井眼携岩的问题,提高了钻井速度,缩短了钻井周期,可以满足元坝地区陆相地层快速钻进的需要。The formation in Yuanba block in northeastern Sichuan is hard with strong abrasivity and poor rock drillability,and causes slow penetration rate using traditional drilling.Gas drilling is difficult to use due to formation water production.Therefore,aerated drilling fluid suited for this formation was optimized.The experimental study shows that the selected aerated drilling fluid can transport formation water and cuttings out of the well,and prevent the shale cutting from hydrating and swell.The application of aerated drilling fluid technology in 4 wells in formations with poor drillability show that it can solve the problems of formation water production,wellbore stability and cuttings transport in large hole size.The drilling speed was increased and drilling cycle was reduced.All these indicate that aerated drilling fluid technology can satisfy the drilling requirement for upper formation of Yuanba area.
