摘　　要：磷石膏是磷肥生产过程中的副产物,随着国内磷肥业的迅猛发展,磷石膏也成为一个迫在眉睫的环保和安全问题,磷石膏的综合利用对于提高磷肥生产厂家的经济效益及周边环境的治理具有不可估量的潜在价值。目前国内磷石膏较为普遍应用的有制硫酸联产水泥、制作胶凝材料、制磷石膏标砖、二步法制取硫酸钾等,结合公司生产实际情况,走循环经济道路,磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥也成为可选之路。Phosphor-gypsum is the side product in phosphate fertilizer production.As quick development of domestic phosphate fertilizer industry,phosphor-gypsum has become incoming problem of environmental protection and safety.Comprehensive utilization of phosphor-gypsum has inestimable potential value for improving the economic benefits of phosphate fertilizer manufacturer and treating around environment.Presently,the wide application of phosphor-gypsum is co-production of sulfuric acid and cement,manufacturing cementing material,making phosphor-gypsum brick,producing potassium sulfate by two-step technique etc.As integrating practice condition of the company and following circular economy way,co-production of sulfuric acid and cement has become the necessary approach.
