摘　　要：文章概述了预转化蒸汽制氢工艺的反应原理及工艺参数的选择,分析了预转化蒸汽制氢工艺技术的国内外现状与最新进展,简要介绍了国内一套预转化制氢装置的工艺流程,并对预转化制氢工艺对降低装置燃料消耗、提高生产能力、延长操作周期、降低装置投资进行了深入分析。The paper introduced the basic principle of pre-converting hydrogen manufacture technology and the methods of optimized skill parameters.Athor reviewed the inter and intra national situations and the recent progresses of the pre-converting technology.The streamline of a home-made pre-converting hydrogen manufacture device was briefly addressed.The detailed advantages about the skill such as decreasing the fuel consumption,increasing produce ability,prolongation operation period and reducing the device investment were deeply analyzed.
