高效反式氯烯炔菊酯的合成及灭蝇效果

摘　　要：高效反式氯烯炔菊酯是一种新型杀虫剂,笔者以E-炔戊醇和反式DV菊酸为起始原料,经催化酯化和差向异构,得到了高效反式氯烯炔菊酯原粉,高效体比例可达98%以上,原粉收率可达85%以上。文章研究了酯化及差向异构过程的影响因素,并评述了氯烯炔菊酯不同异构体之间的关系,经生物活性测试发现,此高效反式氯烯炔菊酯是所有异构体中最为高效的一种异构体。Theta-chlorempthrin is a new insecticide.The author used E-propargyl pentanol and trans-DV-chrysanthemic acid as the beginning raw meterials and gained theta-chlorempthrin powder by catalytical esterification and epimerization reaction.The highest performance ratio can reach 98 %,and the yield can reach 8 5 %.In the paper,we studied the influencing factor of esterification and epimerization reaction.At the same time,the author observed the relationship of diffient isomers.According to the biological activity testing,the author can know theta-chlorempthrin has the highest activity among all the isomers.
