摘  要:文章简要分析了在输送任务一定的情况下,影响流体输送过程总费用的主要因素。设备费用采用直线折旧法、能耗费用应用分析法,建立了流体输送过程总费用与流速之间的数学模型,运用求极值法推导了适宜流速的计算公式,通过典型实例对计算公式进行了验算,计算结果与相关手册提供的数据相当吻合。The main factors about the total cost during the fluid transfer were analyzed based on the definite delivery value in the work.The cost of the equipments were calculated by straight-line depreciation method,and the energy consumption was obtained by exergy analysis method.Then the mathematical model between the total cost during the fluid transfer and velocity was seted up.And the formula of suitable velocity was derived based on the extremummethod.The accuracy and reliability of the formula were verified by classic examples,and the calculation results of this work were inosculated with the literature reported.
