摘　　要：讨论了X射线荧光光谱法测定铁矿石中全铁量的各种不确定度因素,评定了铁的测量不确定度,并确定了分析结果的置信区间。Total iron content in ironstone was determined by XRF.The causes of the uncertainty in measurement was discussed by statistics.The uncertainty of determination result for TFe had been evaluated by using a sample as a example,and the confidential interval of the results were given.
