摘  要:探讨在有机栽培方式下,苹果果实发酵液诱导草莓抗灰霉病(Botrytis cinerea)的作用。用4个处理喷施草莓,5天后接种灰霉病病菌。接菌6天后统计不同处理的病斑数,同时测定过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)及β-1,3-葡聚糖酶在接种后12天内的动态变化。Tr2处理后,草莓的抗病指数达到34.6%,显著高于对照,其他处理差异不显著。喷施Tr1、Tr2、Tr3可使POD、PPO酶活性高于对照,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性高峰出现较对照早。苹果果实发酵液100倍稀释液和0.02mol/mL水杨酸混合喷施可诱导草莓对灰霉病产生抗性。这对草莓有机生产中草莓灰霉病的防治提供了新途径。This paper explored the effect of the apple fruit broth on inducing resistance of strawberries to Botrytis cinerea under the organic cultivation.We sprayed strawberries with four different treatments.Then 5 days later,the strawberries were inoculated with Botrytis cinerea.6 days after inoculating,the numbers of necrotic lesions were counted and activities of peroxidase,polyphenol oxidase and β-1,3-glucanase were assaied.The results showed that the Tr2 could not only induce resistance of the strawberries on the Botrytis cinerea,its index of disease resistance reached 34.6%,which was significantly higher than the control.Difference between other treatments was not significant.Sprayed with Tr1,Tr2,Tr3,the activities of POD,PPO were higher than the control,activity of β-1,3-glucanase appeared earlier than the control did.The mixed liquor of 100-fold diluted apple fruit broth and 0.02mol/mL salicylic acid could induce desease resistance of the strawberry to Botrytis cinerea.The research may provide a new mathod to prevent the desease on strawberry.
