一种捕食线虫真菌与其他树栖真菌的关系初探

摘　　要：真菌间的相互关系十分复杂,随着树栖真菌种类数量的变化,捕食线虫真菌被影响的结果也不断发生改变。采用对峙法,探讨3个属的树栖真菌与少孢节丛孢的关系,寻求对少孢节丛孢生长不利及有利的真菌组合,结果表明:三者对峙培养中,A.oligospora、Verticillium及Pestalotiopsisa不利于A.oligospora的生长;A.oligospora、Trichoderma及Verticillium不利于A.oligospora的生长,Arthrobotrys.oligospora、Trichoderma及Pestalotiopsisa大多时段A.oligospora的生长均可得到促进。二者对峙培养中,A.oligospora与Pestalotiopsisa;A.oligospora与Trichoderma、A.oligospora与Verticillium不利于A.oligospora的生长、A.oligospora与Verticillium某些时段可促进A.oligospora生长。There is a highly complex interaction relationship between the fungi,and then because of the changes in the number of the species of the dendrocola mycoflora,the influence of the change on the nematode-trapping fungi have been in changing.Through using the method called confrontation culture,in this research,the relationship between the dendrocola mycoflora including three genera and Arthrobotrys.oligospora was studied,furthermore,the fungus combinations which have promotion and inhibition effects on the growth of A.oligospora was sought.Experimental results showed that：when carrying out the confrontation culture in between the three such as A.oligospora,Verticillium with Pestalotiopsisa and A.oligospora,Trichoderma with Verticillium,all the growth of A.oligospora in two three fungus combinations was not promoted.But when carrying out the confrontation culture in between A.oligospora,Trichoderma and Pestalotiopsisa,in most of the time,the growth of A.oligospora was always promoted,however,when conducting this experiment between the two such as A.oligospora with Pestalotiopsisa,A.oligospora with Trichoderma and A.oligospora with Verticillium,the growth of A.oligospora was also not promoted,when carrying out the confrontation culture between A.oligospora and Verticillium,in some periods,the growth of A.oligospora could be promoted.
