摘 要:为了检测锰矿矿浆中反映矿粉特性的颗粒粒度参数,通过声学理论模型的推导和数值计算,分析颗粒粒径与超声衰减谱的关系和敏感度,实验测量体积分数达45%的高浓度锰矿矿浆在频率为3-6MHz之间的超声衰减谱,基于预测模型,结合正则化反演算法,由实验数据计算出矿浆中颗粒粒度分布。结果表明:矿浆中矿粉颗粒的粒径分布曲线均呈现单峰分布。该结果与稀释样品的激光散射法和显微镜图像法测量结果较为吻合。The characterization of particle size distribution reflecting quality of mineral slurries was investigated. Based on theoretical analysis of acoustic models and numerical results on the relation and sensitivity between particle size and ultrasonic attenuation spectrum, the measurements of ultrasonic spectrum over a frequency range 3-6 MHz were carried out for mineral slurries of manganese with volume fraction up to 45%. Combined with the regularization inverse algorithm, the particle size distribution was determined from the experimental data. The experimental results were compared with those of observed by microscopy and measured by light scattering method, which yielded close particle size distribution.
