摘 要:分别研究硅灰石的静态重力分级、逆流式重力分级和错流式重力分级.结果表明:静态重力分级把纤维状硅灰石的长径比分为2~5、 6~17、18~28; 球形硅灰石的粒径分为8~30、 3 0~60、 50~90 μm;逆流式分级把纤维状硅灰石的长径比分为8~16、 19~30,球形硅灰石的粒径分为16~22、70~100 μm;错流式分级纤维状硅灰石随距进水口的距离的增加长径比先增大后减小,在70 cm处长径比达到最大32, 球形硅灰石的粒径随距进水口的距离的增大而减小.The wet classification of the wollastonite, such as the static gravity classification, countercurrent gravity classification and cross-flow gravity classification was studied separately. The results showed that the static gravity classification graded fibrous wollastonite by the aspect ratio was divided into 2-5, 6-17, 18-28 and the diameter of spherical wollastonite was divided into 8-30, 30-60, 50-90 μm. The counter-flow classification graded fibrous wollastonite by the aspect ratio was divided into 8-16, 19-30 and the diameter of spherical wollastonite was divided into 16-22, 70 - 100 μm. As the distance from the infall increased, the aspect ratio of fibrous wollastonite by cross-flow classification first increased and then decreased and the maximtLm aspect ratio of 32 when the distance was 70 cm, the diameters of spherical wollastonite decreased with the distance increased.
