摘　　要：近年来,大学生就业出现"瓶颈现象",突出表现为就业困难。对此种社会现象进行现实性剖析,揭示出其中所存在的外部原因和内部原因,如统一分配制度的打破,毕业生总量逐年增加,人才结构失衡,就业观念滞后等。必须转变就业观念,通过党和政府、高校、家庭、社会以及大学生自身的共同努力,才能解决问题,达到突破就业"瓶颈",使社会良性、和谐发展。In recent years,the ＂bottleneck＂ emerges in graduate employment,which mainly manifests having difficulty in employment.Through analysing this social phenomenon,this paper believes that there are two reasons from both external and internal sources.Therefore,graduates must change the attitude to employment,and unit the efforts of the party and government,universities,families,the society,graduates themselves together to solve the problem,so that the ＂bottleneck＂ can be broken and therefore the society can develop healthily and harmoniously.
