摘  要:对聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗冲耐磨、抗冲击、抗压和抗拉等性能进行了试验研究。试验中,混凝土设计为二级配C55。混凝土试验共有4组,即聚丙烯纤维掺量分别为0,0.6,0.9,1.2 kg/m3试验组。采用水下钢球法进行抗冲耐磨性能的试验,采用落锤法进行抗冲击性能试验。结果表明,掺加聚丙烯纤维能够明显地改善水工混凝土的抗冲耐磨性能。The erosion and abrasion resistances,shock resistance,compression resistance and tensile property of polypropylene fiber concrete were studied in this paper.The C55 concrete(two-gradation concrete) under investigation herein are divided into four experimental groups with 0kg/m3,0.6kg/m3,0.9kg/m3,1.2kg/m3 polypropylene fiber respectively.The immersed steel ball method was used in the erosion and abrasion resistances test and drop-weight test was applied to shock resistance test to address the compression resistance of the concrete.It is shown that the erosion and abrasion resistances of concrete was improved remarkably by admixing polypropylene fiber.
