桂林市315名MSM艾滋病知识、高危行为及血清学调查

摘　　要：目的了解桂林市男男性行为者(MSM)的艾滋病相关知识信念行为及艾滋病梅毒感染状况。方法对315名男男性行为者进行问卷和血清学调查。结果调查对象中20～40岁占69.52%;高中及以上文化占69.84%;艾滋病知识的完全知晓率仅为33.97%。最近六个月有205人与同性发生了肛交性行为,但每次肛交均使用安全套的率仅为15.12%,共有19人发生过商业性同性肛交性行为,有18.10%也与女性发生性行为;HIV阳性8例,TPPA阳性10例。结论男男性行为者是艾滋病感染和传播的高危人群,但安全套的使用率不高,应深入开展宣传教育和干预工作。Aim To understand the knowledge and high risk behaviors related to/HIVAIDS,and the infectious staus of HIV and syphilis in the men who have sex with men （MSM） in Guilin. Methods There 315 MSM wer surveyed by means of questionnaire survey. Results There 69.52% of them were aged 20-40 years, 69.84% of them had received high school education or above; the complete awareness rate of HIV/AIDS was only 33.97% ; ; 205 of them had anal sex with other males in the past six months,but only 15.12% used condom during sexual intercourse. There 19 MSM had commercial anal sex with other males, 18.10% of them had sexual activities with females. There 8 MSM were positive for HIV and 10 positive for syphilis. Conclusion MSM are high risk group vulnerable to HIV and with low rate of condomn usage. Thus health education and other effective measures be taken.
