一种复方戊二醛消毒液杀菌效果的实验观察

摘　　要：目的了解复方戊二醛消毒液杀菌效果及消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场试验方法进行了检测。结果以含戊二醛260mg/L的复方消毒液作用5min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00.对大肠杆菌能量试验的最低合格浓度为500mg/L戊二醛.用含戊二醛260mg/L该复方消毒液喷洒木质物体表面至潮湿,作用20min,对其表面上自然菌的平均杀灭对数值>1.00.用含戊二醛260mg/L的该复方消毒液浸泡织物作用20min,对自然菌的平均杀灭对数值>1.00。结论该复方戊二醛消毒液对细菌繁殖体具有较强杀灭作用,对现场杀灭自然菌效果达到合格要求。Aim To observe the germicidal efficacy of the compound glutaraldehyde disinfection solution. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried in the field. Results The logarithm values in killing Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension compound glutaraldehyde of 260mg/L for 5 min was 〉5.00. The minimal concentration in capacity test for E.eoli was glutaraldehyde 500mg/Lo The logarithm value of killing bacteria after sprayed the compound glutaraldehyde at concentration of 260mg/L on the object surface for a contact time of 20 min 〉1.00 . Conclusions The compound glutaraldehyde possesses relatively strong killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and natural bacteria
