上海市金山区血吸虫病监测效果

摘　　要：2004-2008年上海市金山区共查螺1410.25hm2,查出有螺面积3690m2,未发现感染性钉螺。人群和家畜监测未发现病原学检查阳性者。随机抽查2个镇,血防知识知晓率和正确行为形成率学生分别为50.78%和58.33%,居民分别为76.52%和74.46%,两者差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结果表明,在监测中应加强对学生及流动人口的健康教育,以巩固血防成果。From 2004 to 2008,an area of 1 410.25 hm2 in Jinshan District was surveyed and the area with snails was 3 690 m2,no infected snail was found.No positive people and livestock were found in the pathogenic examinations.In the two selected towns,the awareness rate of knowledge and the formation rate of correct behavior on schistosomiasis control in students were 50.78% and 58.33%,respectively,and those in residents were 76.52% and 74.46%,respectively,both the differences between students and residents had statistical significance （both P values0.01 ）.It is suggested that the surveillance of schistosomiasis in Jinshan District should strength the health education on students and residents to consolidate the control achievements.
