摘　　要：鉴于目前城市交通建设资金需求巨大,融资困难的现状,为践行"经济发展,交通先行"之理念,结合南京市域交通设施建设和投融资实际情况,探索具有一定可行性的投融资创新模式,提出交通基础设施投融资模式的若干对策,保证交通建设所需资金来源。In view of the increasing economic cost and financing difficulties of urban transportation construction,this paper takes Nanjing,Jiangsu province for instance and investigates new investing and financing models of transportation facilities in the process of marketing.Based on the idea of developing transportation in advance of developing economy and the real condition in practice,this paper proposes the new model combing investment with finance.Then it puts forwards concrete countermeasures to ensure enough financial source provided for transportation construction and to inspire other cities.
