摘　　要：《国家基本药物目录》"化学药品和生物制品"部分(不包括外用药、诊断用药、妇产科用药)收录的185种药品中,含有儿童和新生儿用药说明的分别为113种(61.08%)和16种(8.6%)。基本用药目录涵盖了大多数儿科常见病用药,但儿科尤其是新生儿科尚缺乏充分的用药安全性资料。本文重点分析《国家基本用药目录》中的药品儿童服用剂量说明,探讨儿科药品的涵盖情况和适用性。Among 185 chemicals and biological productss included in ＂National Essential Drugs List＂,the drugs for children or infants are of 113 items（61.08%） and 16 items（8.6%） respectively. Essential medicine catalog covers majorities of common pediatric diseases. But available safety data of drugs for children,particularly for infants are not enough. This review discusses the dosage of pediatric drugs appeared in the ＂National Essential Drugs List＂.
