完善我国劳动派遣公司设立制度的思考

摘　　要：我国派遣公司迅速发展,但是因为就业结构、立法缺陷等原因,派遣公司设立制度需要不断完善。我国已经具备了社会和法律条件,对派遣公司设立时存在的问题,有针对性地对派遣公司设立的资本、经营范围等提出具体的改善意见,以完善我国的现有制度。Though labor export industry has been developing rapidly recently in China,its establishment system is still in need to be reformed to resolve problems like unreasonable employment constructs,legislative deficiencies and so on.In response,countermeasures shall be taken in terms of capital,business scope etc to improve the existing mechanism.
