摘　　要：目的建立测定人血浆中沙利度胺浓度的高效液相色谱法。方法采用蛋白沉淀法对血样进行预处理,以外标法计算浓度。色谱条件:Hypersil ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为11 mmol.L-1四丁基溴化胺溶液-乙腈(84∶16,含2.5%三乙胺,冰醋酸调pH为3.12),紫外检测波长为237 nm,柱温:流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果沙利度胺保留时间为12.34 min,最低定量浓度为0.66μg.mL-1,线性范围为0.66～84.48μg.mL-1,绝对回收率>67%。结论该方法专属性强、灵敏度高,适合沙利度胺的血浆浓度测定及药动学研究。Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatogramphy（HPLC） method to determine thalidomide in the plasma.Methods The plasma samples were pretreated by protein precipitation.Hypersil ODS column（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） was used with 11 mmol·L-1 tetrabutylammonium bromide solution-acetonitrile（84∶16,2.5 % triethylamine,pH 3.12 with acetic acid） as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 237 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The thalidomide of reserve-time was 12.34 min.The limit of quantitation
