摘  要:为验证鸡胚传代对H3N8亚型马流感病毒致病性的影响,利用F3代马流感病毒经鼻腔感染2匹蒙古马,应用苏木素-伊红染色和免疫组织化学染色方法,对1例临床症状明显的马进行了病理组织学观察和抗原定位。结果表明,该人工感染马镜检病变明显,鼻黏膜、气管、肺、心肌、肝、肾和脾等组织器官均出现不同程度的充血、淤血、水肿,并伴以各实质细胞的变性、坏死以及炎性细胞的渗出和增生。其中呼吸系统病变最为严重,肺表现为支气管性间质性肺炎。免疫组织化学染色结果显示,病毒抗原主要存在于呼吸系统的黏膜上皮组织中,初步证明了马流感病毒F3代对马具有致病性。To verify the pathogenicity of F3 generation of equine influenza virus(H3N8) which was passaged with embryonated chicken eggs,two Mongolian horses were infected through nasal by the F3 ge-neration of equine influenza virus,and the hematoxylin-eosin staining and immunohistochemical method were used in a case of experimentally infected horse who had obviously clinical symptoms for histopathological observation and antigen location.The results showed that the pathological changes were obvious,the nasal mucosa,trachea,lung,heart,liver,kidney and spleen and other organs suffered different degrees of hyperemia,congestion,edema,accompanied with degeneration and necrosis of the parenchymal cells,as well as invasion and proliferation of inflammatory cells.The most obvious changes were in the respiratory system,involving the broncho-interstitial pneumonia in the lung.The results of immunohistochemical staining showed that the virus antigens were mainly distributed in the respiratory epithelium cells.These preliminary results demonstrated that the F3 generation of equine influenza virus had pathogenicity to the horses.
