乳酸菌阴道胶囊对阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病、阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效.方法 使用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病,用咪康唑栓加用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗念珠菌性阴道炎.结果 共治疗30例,失访2例.细菌性阴道炎共13例,5例显效,6例有效,治疗总有效率为84.6%;阴道假丝酵母菌病15例,9例显效,4例有效,治疗总有效率86.7%.结论 乳酸菌阴道胶囊可能成为治疗阴道炎性疾病的常用药物之一.Objective To observe therapeutic effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsules for bacterial vaginosis and vaginal candidosis. Methods The women with bacterial vaginosis were treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsules and those women with vaginal candidosis were treated with miconazole suppository combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsules. Results Totally, 30 women received lactobacillus vaginal capsules therapy or combined therapy and 2 women missed follow up. Among 13 women with bacterial vaginosis, 5 women were effectual and 6 women were effective, and the total effective rate was 84.6% （11 / 13 ） . Among 15 women with vaginal candidosis, 9 women were effectual and 4 women were effective, and the total effective rate was 86.7% （13 /15 ）. Conclusion Lactobacillus vaginal capsules is an effective therapy for vaginal inflammatory diseases.
