摘　　要：子宫内膜息肉是较为常见的子宫内膜疾病,可导致子宫不规则出血及不孕等.其发病机理尚不清,治疗后容易复发且有一定的恶变率.目前认为其为激素依赖性疾病,随着生殖医学的发展及宫腔镜技术的应用,其检出率增高.由于子宫内膜息肉缺乏特异的临床表现,易误诊和漏诊.该文对子宫内膜息肉的研究进展作以综述.Endometrial polyps （EPs） are common endometrial lesions that lead to irregular uterine bleeding or infertility. Although etiology and pathogenesis of EPs are unclear yet now, EPs are easily recur after treatment, and some may transform into endometrial cancer, At present, they are considered as estrogen-dependent leisions. The detectable rate of EPs increase with development of reproductive medicine and application of hysteroscopy technology. Because EPs lack specific clinical manifestations, they are easily misdiaguosed and misseddiagnosed. In this article the authors reviewed progress in research on EPs.
