健脾益肾方对维持性血液透析患者细胞免疫的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药健脾益肾方治疗尿毒症维持血透患者细胞免疫低下的临床疗效。方法:将65例尿毒症维持血透患者随机分为两组。治疗组予口服健脾益肾方,对照组予口服安慰剂。疗程6个月,分别于治疗前、治疗后3个月及治疗后6个月检测CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、IL-1、IL-2、IL-6等指标。结果:治疗6个月后治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及IL-2均显著升高,CD8+、IL-1、IL-6显著降低(P<0.01),与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:健脾益肾方对尿毒症维持血透患者有提高细胞免疫功能的作用。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Jianpiyishen Decoction for hemodialysis patients with low level cellular immunity. Methods：65 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the 33 cases in the treated group were treated with Jianpiyishen Decoction and the 32 cases in the control group were treated with oral placebo,the therapeutic course was 6 months for both groups. Changes of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋,IL-1,IL-2,IL-6 before treatment and treated with 3 months and with 6 months were observed. Results：After 6-month treatment,the levels of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋,and IL-2 were higher（P〈0.01）,while the levels of CD＋8,IL-1 and IL-6 were lower in the treated group than those in normal subjects and in the control group（P〈0.01）. Compared with before treatment,control group were insignificant differences（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Jianpiyishen Decoction could elevate the cellular immunity function of hemodialysis patients.
