激光针刀结合药浴治疗对强直性脊柱炎脊柱功能的作用

摘　　要：目的:以强直性脊柱炎(AS)"肾虚督滞"病机理论为指导,观察激光针刀术和中药蒸汽浴联合应用对AS治疗后脊柱功能的影响。方法:强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组:常规药物治疗基础上(口服柳氮磺吡啶),予激光针刀术,每周1次共3周;中药蒸汽浴治疗,1周3次共3周。对照组:单纯常规药物治疗,共3周。测定治疗前后Schober试验、胸扩张度、指地距离、枕墙距离。结果:治疗2周后激光针刀结合中药蒸汽浴疗法可增加胸扩张度范围和Schober试验距离,减少指地和枕墙距离,治疗3周后可进一步改善上述指标;结论:激光针刀结合中药蒸汽浴疗法可改善脊柱功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective：After the instruction of ＂SHENXU DUZHI＂ theory,the laser needle knife and medicinal bath treatment was used to treat the patients diagnosed as Ankylsing spondylitis（AS）,and the function of the spine was observed. Method：60 examples AS patients were divided nto the treatment group and the control group,all the patients used the Sulfasalazine tablets（1g,twice every day）for 3 weeks,and the treatment group were also used the laser needle knife for and Chinese medicine bath treatment for 3 weeks. The Schober test,Degree of chest expansion,Distance from the finger to floor and distance from Occipital to wall were tested.Results：The chest expansion and the Schober test were all increased and the distances from finger to floor and from occipital to wall were all decreased.Conclusion：The laser needle knife treatment with Chinese medicine bath treatment can improve the spine funcione of AS.
