关于中西结合治疗烧伤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗烧伤患者的临床疗效。方法:把Ⅱ°以上烧伤患者分成中西医结合治疗组和由纯西医治疗的对照组,二组在经过30天的治疗后,以伤口渗液少、无疼痛感、创面边缘结痂或痂下无浓性分泌物,健康肉芽组织生长为疗效标准,对二组进行对照判断。结果,治疗组有效率为92%,对照组为64%,治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组。讨论:中西医结合治疗烧伤有其患者痛苦少、费用低、疗效明显的长处,但对其规律尚待进一步研究和发掘。Objective：Integrated Treatment of burn patients with cancer. Methods：Ⅱ ° above the burn patients were divided into treatment group and Integrative Medicine treated by a pure control group,the two groups after 30 days of treatment,wound exudate less and no pain,wound scab or crust under the edge No concentration of secretions,granulation tissue growth for the efficacy of health standards,to judge the two groups were compared. A result,the effective rate was 92% in treatment group and control group 64%,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher. Discussion：Combination treatment of burns have less pain,low cost,efficacy obvious strengths,but its law pending further study and explore.
