清热解毒化浊片对病毒性肝炎肝损害疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨清热解毒化浊片对不同证型病毒性肝炎肝损害的临床疗效。方法选取病毒性肝炎127例患者按湿热辨证为湿热并重组61例,热重于湿组33例,湿重于热组33例,其中肝功能损害为BIL+ALT升高83例,ALT升高27例,BIL升高17例,3组均给予清热解毒化浊片治疗,1个月后观察其疗效及对肝功能损害的影响。结果清热解毒化浊片对各组病毒性肝炎患者总有效率为85.03%,其中对湿热并重组及肝功能损害BIL、ALT均异常者总有效率分别为90.2%、88.0%,疗效优于其余各组(P<0.05)。结论清热解毒化浊片对病毒性肝炎肝损害疗效显著,且对湿热并重组及肝功能损害BIL+ALT升高组疗效显著,提示肝功能损害BIL、ALT均异常者多属湿热并重。Objective To study the curative effect of Qingre Jiedu Huazhuo tablets on liver injury of virus hepatitis.Methods 127 patients with virus hepatitis were divide into three groups：both seriously damp and heat group（n=61）,predominating heat and less damp group（n=33）,and predominating dampness and less heat group（n=33）.In which,83 patients were with raised BIL＋ ALT,27 raised ALT,and 17 raised BIL.All the patients were treated with Qingre Jiedu Huazhuo tablets.The effects of the tablets were detected after one-month.Results The total effective rate of the tablet on all the patients was 85.03%,and it was most effects for the patients in both seriously damp and heat group,and with hepatic injury of abnormal ALT＋BIL.Conclusion Qingre Jiedu Huazhuo tablets is significantly curative to patients with virus hepatitis,especially to those with both seriously damp and heat,which suggests that the hepatic injury in both abnormal BIL and ALT often belong to both seriously damp and heat syndrome.
