三黄双花洗液促进软组织开放性损伤创面愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察三黄双花洗液对促进软组织开放性损伤创面愈合的临床疗效。方法将60例符合诊断标准的受试者按照随机对照的原则分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组在常规治疗的基础上,分别予以三黄双花洗液和络合碘外洗创面治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后中医证候疗效总有效率均为100%,治疗组痊愈率为63.33%,对照组痊愈率为40%,治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组创面愈合时间治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗后创面愈合疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三黄双花洗液治疗软组织开放性损伤能明显减轻患者症候,创面愈合情况明显优于络合碘对照组,是值得临床推广及进一步研究的中药洗液。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanhuang Shuanghua lotion on healing of open soft tissue injury.Methods 60 patients were divided randomly into two groups and treated with Sanhuang Shuanghua lotion and los co-iodine respectively on the basis of conventional therapy,and the clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate were 100% in both two groups,the cure rate was 63.33% in treatment group and 40% in control group（P0.05）;the difference of wound healing time between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusions The Sanhuang Shuanghua lotion can alleviate the symptoms,enhance the efficacy and shorten the wound healing time,which is worth to develop and study further in clinic.
