摘  要:巢湖鸭是我国著名中型蛋肉兼用品种,为了进一步阐明其保种及群体遗传结构状况,通过资源调查摸清了巢湖鸭的外貌特征、生产特性和适宜分布的生态环境,采用26个多态性较好的微卫星标记,检测了巢湖鸭的遗传多样性。结果表明:26个微卫星位点均表现出多态性,总共检测到111个等位基因,平均等位基因数为4.269个;群体多态信息含量为0.526,杂合度为0.610。瓶颈效应分析结果表明:该群体已偏离了突变-漂移平衡,近期可能经历了瓶颈效应,种群数量曾经下降。根据调查结果及遗传多样性检测数据,提出通过原产地保护,从而保护巢湖鸭的建议。The Chaohu duck is a famous egg-meat breed with medium-body type in China.Genetic diversity of 26 microsatellite markers were analyzed,Allele frequency,genotypic frequency,heterozygosity,polymorphism information content (PIC) and F-statistics were calculated.The results showed that a total of 111 alleles were distinguished.All the microsatellites were polymorphic,with mean allelic number of 4.269,ranging 2~11 per locus.The expected hererozygosity in the population ranged between 0.096 and 0.849,with a mean of 0.610,indicating considerable genetic variation in this population.Bottleneck analysis indicated that heterozygosis was obvious and group was not in the balance between mutation and excursion for its bottleneck.We suggest that the moderate level of genetic diversity retained in Chaohu populations has the potential to supply sufficient genetic diversity for the species conservation through the recruitment of Chaohu resources in the region.
