中药复方促孕灌注液对家兔子宫运动的影响

摘　　要：考察中药复方促孕灌注液对家兔子宫运动的影响,以成年雌性未孕的家兔为实验对象,进行子宫离体及在体试验,观察促孕灌注液对其收缩幅度、收缩频率及子宫活动力的影响。结果显示:与空白组相比,灌注液能极显著提高离体子宫收缩幅度(P<0.01)和收缩频率(P<0.01);能显著提高在体子宫收缩频率(P<0.05)和收缩幅度(P<0.01)。结论:中药复方促孕灌注液能显著增强家兔离体、在体子宫活动力。This study was intended to observe the influence of traditional Chinese medicine prescription fertility-promoting intrauterine infusion liquid on the domestic rabbit in uterine contraction.Healthy white nonfertile rabbits were selected,with the biology function experiment systerm,records normal uterine in vitro or in vivo smooth muscle contractive motion,contractive frequency and contractive amplitude.The result showed that compared with the blank group,fertility-promoting intrauterine infusion liquid can noticeably improve the contractive amplitude（P0.01） and the contractive frequency（P0.01）in vitro.It can also improve the contractive amplitude（P0.05） and the contractive frequency （P0.01）in vivo.The conclusion is that it can noticeably strengthen the nonfertile dosmestic rabbit in vitro and in vivo uterine smooth muscle contractive.
