摘　　要：目的探讨改良Madigan术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效。方法对91例前列腺增生症患者施行了改良的Madigan前列腺增生腺体摘除术,术中将前列腺包膜横切口上移至距膀胱颈0.5～1.0cm处,显露尿道起始部,直视下分离出尿道,切除增生的腺体。结果 91例患者手术恢复均顺利,术后随访未发现严重并发症。结论改良Madigan前列腺摘除术出血少,与传统的Madigan前列腺摘除术相比,术后恢复更安全可靠。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of applying the modified Madigan＇s prostatectomy to treat the prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Resection of benign hyperplasia prostate had been performed in 91 cases by using modified Madigan＇s protatectomy.The starting part of urethra could be directly exposed often incising the prostatiel capsule in the distance of 0.5～1.0cm to the bladder neck.Results All patients were operated successfully and recovered smoothly.All the patients have been followed up after the operation,No any serious complications occurred.Conclusion The modified Madigan＇s prostatectomy has less bleeding.It is a more safe method than classical Madigan＇s operation.
