摘　　要：目的探讨简易持续负压吸引法对促进深度创面愈合的疗效。方法对46例深度创面用简易的材料进行持续负压吸引,2-3d换药1次,并观察创面情况。结果经过10~21d的治疗,46例中3例自愈,5例放弃,38例创面形成肉芽组织,经植皮或皮瓣转移后修复。结论简易负压吸引法是一种良好的促进深度创面愈合的方法,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of the simple durative negative pressure suction on the deep wound.Methods 35 patients with deep wounds were treated by the simple durative negative pressure suction and change dressing every 2-3days,and observe the growth of the acestoma on the wound.Results After 10-21 day＇s therapy,in 35 cases,3 wounds self-healing,5 cases gave up treatment,granulation grow well on the 27 wounds,and were repaired skin grafts or flaps.Conclusion Simple durative negative pressure suction is a good method for promoting wound healing,and it is worthy popularizing in clinic Practice.
