摘　　要：目的了解产科抗生素的应用情况并评价其合理性以加强临床使用的管理。方法随机抽查铜陵市人民医院2007～2009年产科出院患者病历中的抗生素使用情况,进行回顾性的调查统计分析。结果抗生素使用率达67%,头孢类药物是主要种类,以单独用药情况最多;多数品种DUI接近1。结论该院产科抗生素使用基本合理,但尚须建立有效的监管制度,控制过度使用。Objective To investigate the utilization of antibiotics in people＇s Hospital of Tongling and provide evidence for the rational drug use and managment.Methods A retrospective study was performed by randomly via selecting cases with antibiotics from 2007-2009.Results sixty-seven percent of all patients received antibacterials,with cephalosporins showing the highest proportion in DDDs.The drug utilization index nearly reached 1.Conclusion The use of antibiotics in patients in Obsetrics is rational,but it is Still necessary to establish effective surveillance mangagement mechanism and to control the inrational use of antibiotics.
