摘  要:用8-羟基喹啉螯合Amberlite XAD-2000树脂固相萃取富集水中痕量铜,然后用火焰原子吸收法测定其含量。实验了pH、样品处理速度、洗脱剂的类型、用量、浓度、处理速度等因素对铜回收率的影响。在最优条件下,树脂最大吸附量9.35mg铜/g树脂,回收率96%。实验表明,该方法可用于环境水样检测和干扰离子存在下(如海水中)痕量铜的检测。A method for enriching trace copper(Ⅱ)in water by solid-phase extraction with Amberlite XAD-2000 resins was proposed for the determination of copper content by flame AAS.Various factors such as pH value,eluant type,concentration,volume and flow rate were discussed,Under optimum conditions,the maximum adsorption capacities of Cu(Ⅱ)by the ion-exchange resin was 9.35 mg/g,the recovery was 96%.This method is not affected by matrix ions and can be used to determine the trace copper(Ⅱ)in environmental samples or in aqueous medium with coexisting matrix ions such as sea water.
