摘  要:以邻氟苯胺为起始原料,经酰化、氯化、水解制得4-氯-2-氟苯胺,再经重氮化,还原反应合成标题化合物,产品收率87.1%,m.p.59~60℃。该方法步骤简单易操作、反应条件温和、产品收率高、纯度好,适合工业化生产。产品通过红外光谱进行了结构鉴定。The intermediate 4-chloro-2-fluoroaniline was obtained via acylation,chlorination and hydrolysis using 2-fluoroaniline as the starting material.Then 4-chloro-2-fluorophenyl hydrazine was synthesized through diazotization and reduction reactions.The yield of target product was about 87.1%,with its melting point being in the range of 59~60 ℃.The operation of this process was simple,and the reaction condition was mild,while the product yield and purity of the product were quite high.So the said method as an effective industrial method for synthesis of 4-chloro-2-fluorophenylhydrazine was finally proposed.The structure of the product was determined by IR spectroscopy.
