摘 要:为探讨二氧化氯(ClO2)对桑叶质量、家蚕微孢子虫和肠球菌的灭活作用及其稳定性、腐蚀性,以直接喷洒桑园桑叶和浸泡离体桑叶消毒的方式,测定ClO2对桑叶质量的影响,并用悬液法和桑叶片载体法处理家蚕微孢子虫,测定ClO2对微孢子虫的灭活效果。结果显示,浓度在500 mg/L以下的ClO2溶液对桑叶质量无显著影响;采用悬液法时,30 mg/L ClO2溶液处理6.0 min即可达到完全杀灭家蚕微孢子虫的效果,而漂白粉精浓度需要达到0.24%才具有同等效果;采用桑叶片载体法时,300 mg/L ClO2溶液处理10.0 min可达到完全杀灭家蚕微孢子虫的效果。以10 mg/L ClO2溶液处理1.0 min,可完全杀灭家蚕肠球菌。ClO2稳定性较差,对金属具有中度腐蚀性。可见,ClO2适合作为桑叶消毒剂用于预防家蚕微粒子病的发生。The present experiment was conducted to study the feasibility of chlorine dioxide(ClO2) for disinfecting Nosema bombycis Naegeli(N.b),and its stability and corrosiveness,and to study its effects on quality of mulberry leaves.Further,the vitality of silkworms fed with sprayed leaves and cocoon quality was also investigated.The treatments included field spray of different concentrations of ClO2(100,200,300 and 400 mg/L) and soaking mulberry leaves in ClO2(200,300,400,500 and 600 mg/L).Mulberry leaves were soaked in Nosema bombycis Naegeli(N.b) solution and then trans-ferred to 100-300 mg/L of ClO2 solution for 10-30 min or in bleaching powder(0.30-0.50%) solution for 5-10 min,fol-lowed by raising secon instar larvae of silkworm.Furthermore,300 mg/L of ClO2 or 0.30% of bleaching powder with 0.2 mg/L N.b solution was scribed to mulberry leaf and used for raising silkworm larvae.The results showed no significant ef-fect on the quality of mulberry leaves when soaked in less than 500 mg/L ClO2.The results revealed inactivation of Nosema bombycis Naegeli(N.b) after treatment with 300 mg/L ClO2 for 6 min or 0.24% bleaching powder solution.It was speculated that 300 mg/L ClO2 could completely kill Nosema bombycis Naegeli(N.b) in 10 minutes.Moreover,10 mg/L ClO2 solution could completely kill silkworm Enterococcus in 1 minute.The stability of ClO2 was very poor and its corrosiveness was moderate.Therefore,ClO2 might become the favorable disinfectant for mulberry leaves for prevention of silkworm pebrine.
