摘　　要：提出了基于动态窗口的运动车辆颜色提取算法,其中颜色提取窗口根据车辆中心坐标在交通场景中的位置以及车辆类型的不同进行动态调整;颜色提取算法采用RGB颜色模型,利用颜色的一阶矩和二阶矩作为车辆主体颜色的判定依据。算法经实验验证具有较高的检测精度。A dynamic windows based color extraction algorithm of moving vehicle is proposed.The color extraction windows are adjusted according to the vehicle center coordinates and vehicle types in traffic scene.The RGB color model is used in color extraction algorithm.The main color of vehicle is judged by color moment and second moment.Experiments are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and benefits of the proposed method.
