摘　　要：目的探讨简易扩张法治疗小儿包茎的可行性、适应证及方法。方法选择性对128例有包皮环切指征的患儿行简易扩张法治疗,回顾性分析其治疗效果。结果 128例均获痊愈。术后发生嵌顿2例,发生尿潴留1例,发生出血感染1例。结论简易扩张法矫治小儿包茎是一种安全、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the feasibility,indications and methods of treatment children with phimosis of simple dilatation.Methods The therapeutic effectiveness of simple dilatation in 128 cases having the circumcision was retrospectively analyzed.Results All the 128 cases fully recovered,incarcerated foreskin occurred in 2 cases and 1 cases of urinary retention occurred and 1 cases of infection bleeding.Conclusion Simple dilatation correction of phimosis is a safe and effective method.
