摘　　要：目的探讨持续腰大池引流脑脊液合并症的防治。方法对198例行持续腰大池引流患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经腰大池引流脑脊液治疗有效,曾出现导管相关、流速相关及感染三类合并症。2007年至2009年11月收治的117例出现12例导管相关合并症及2例流速相关合并症;2004年至2006年底收治的81例中65例出现导管相关合并症及21例流速相关合并症,2007年前后两类合并症发生率相比,P﹤0.01。结论持续腰大池引流脑脊液是一种有效的治疗方法,但需严格适应证及操作规程并控制流速,如有意识变化,及时关闭并影像学重新评估,防控合并症发生。Objective To investigate the complications treatment of closed continuous lumbar subarachnoid CSF drainage （CCLSD）.Methods The clinical data of 198 patients with CCLSD treated were retrospectively analyzed.Results The drainage was successful in achieving the desired goal.The complications are mainly divided into 3 groups; A-complications related to mechanical failure of the catheter, B-complications related to drainage rate and C-infection.The complications of A and B were respectively 12 and 2 out of 117 cases after 2007, and the complications of A and B are respectively 65 and 21 out of 81 cases before 2007, P﹤0.01.Conclusion Lumbar subarachnoid drainage is an effective method, the development of any neurological abnormalities should be observed carefully to avoid complicatiions.
