摘 要:采用自制的膨胀型阻燃剂IFR-1对涤纶织物进行阻燃整理,探讨了阻燃剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对阻燃效果的影响,确定了最佳阻燃整理工艺.通过热重分析仪(DTA-TG)测定阻燃剂及阻燃涤纶的热分解性能.结果表明:膨胀型阻燃剂对涤纶具有很好的阻燃效果,并能起到抗熔滴作用,LOI值为28.5%,阴燃续燃时间均为0s,在空气氛下残炭量达9.52%,均远大于纯涤纶.阻燃剂自身有很好的成炭性,也促进了涤纶的成炭.阻燃涤纶的起始分解温度低于纯涤纶,同时拓宽了涤纶的分解温度范围.PET fabrics were finished by self-made intumescent flame retardant IFR-1. The influences of IFR-1 dosage, baking temperature and time on the flame-retardant results were investigated, and the optimal process was determined. The thermal and degradation properties were investigated by thermogravimetric. The results showed that intumescent flame retardant could impart good performance on PET fabrics, and also could depress dripping. LOI of treated polyester was 28.5%, both of after flame and smoldering time was 0 s and residue char reached 9.52% in air, which were all far over pure polyester. The flame retardant had good char forming performance, which promoted the polyester forming char. The initial degradation temperature of finished polyester was lower than that of the control polyester, and the decomposion temperature range was broaden.
