摘  要:利用实验环道进行了水合物颗粒体积分数为0到70%的HCFC-141b水合物浆的流动实验,实验结果表明:在固相体积分数小于28.5%时,管道中水合物呈稀浆状,浆体为牛顿流体;当固相体积分数大于37.5%时,管道中水合物呈泥状,浆体为Bingham流体。回归了泥状水合物的屈服应力及表观粘度,并根据水合物浆的流动特性分段回归了水合物浆在管道中流动的压降计算公式,实验验证表明回归的计算公式可以比较准确的计算管道中水合物浆流动的压降,可以为制冷系统HCFC-141b水合物的流动及其它水合物浆的流动提供指导。The flow behaviors of HCFC-141b hydrate slurry with volume concentration of 0% -70% were studied on the flow loop with a diameter of 42. 0 mm and length of 30. 0 m. Pressure drops in pipeline were also studied and an exceptional pressure transition zone with hydrate volume concentration between 28. 5% and 37. 5% was found for the first time. According to experiments,the hydrate slurry with a volume concentration less than 28. 5% shows Newton behaviors while the hydrate slurry with a volume concentration larger than 37. 5% shows Bingham behaviors. Moreover the yield stress as well as the relative viscosity of the hydrate slurry show Bingham behaviors. At last,relations to estimate the pressure drop of hydrate slurry in pipeline with a volume concentration 0% -68% was presented and verified,which showed a good agreement.
