摘 要:目的分析舌面温度和舌体循环系统之间的关系。方法以中医血淤、血虚证为研究对象,通过动物造模和血管铸型实验,测量并分析了血淤、血虚证对舌体循环系统和舌面温度的影响。然后建立了舌体三维动脉血管树模型和舌体温度场数学模型,并以此为平台,模拟计算了循环系统差异对舌面温度场的影响。结果通过测量发现,两证的舌体循环系统在血液流速、血管直径、小血管的疏密程度方面有明显区别。进一步模拟结果表明,循环系统的这些差异,会引起舌面温度的变化,且其影响结果与测量得到的两证舌温分布规律一致。结论血瘀、血虚证舌体循环系统是影响舌面温度变化的主要原因。Objective To study the relationship between tongue temperature and the lingual circulation system. Methods The blood stasis and blood deficiency syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndromes were researched by constructing animal model and vascular cast experiment. The influence of blood stasis and blood deficiency syndrome on tongue temperature and the lingual circulation system were studied and analyzed. Then a 3D physical model of arterial trees and a mathematic model of lingual temperature field were proposed. The influence of the difference in circulation system on lingual temperature was simulated with these models. Results It was found with direct measurement that the lingual circulation system of blood stasis syndrome and that of blood deficiency syndrome were distinctly different in blood flow rate, vascular diameters and the density of small vessels. And with simulated models it was found that these differences in circulation system could induce changes on lingual temperature, and changing rules deduced by simulation and experiment were consistent. Conclusion In blood stasis and blood deficiency syndrome, the change of lingual circulation system is the main cause to influence surface temperature change of tongue.
