摘　　要：从近些年渤海湾客滚船上险情频发的船载车辆的绑扎问题入手,深入分析渤海湾客滚船车辆绑扎现状。运用检查和集中调研等手段找出客滚船车辆绑扎存在的问题及其特点,从管理和技术角度出发,提出应对措施及改进方式,为预防客滚船车辆绑扎隐患提供参考。Beginning with the frequent problems of the binding of RO-RO passenger vessel in Bohai Gulf in recent years, the paper in-depth unalyzes on the current situation of the binding of RO-RO passenger vessel in Bohai Gulf. By means of checks and focusing on researching the author finds out the lashing problems of the binding of RO-RO passenger vessel and the characteristics of these problems. On the characteristics of these probleras, from the view point of management and technology, the author puts forward the measures and improved methods and provides a reference for preventing, the hidden problem of binding of RO-RO passenger vessel.
