摘 要:本文采用共沉淀方法制备了Fe/Ni/Cu/Ag合金粉的前驱体粉,考察了搅拌强度、滴定终点的pH值、反应时间以及反应温度对前驱体粉回收率的影响,并通过3因素3水平的正交实验,优化了工艺条件;采用氢还原方法制备了Fe/Ni/Cu/Ag合金粉末,考察了还原温度对转化率和颗粒粒径的影响。实验结果表明:滴定终点的pH值对前驱体粉的回收率的影响最大,其次是反应时间、搅拌强度和反应温度。共沉淀法制备前驱体粉的工艺条件为:pH值11,反应时间35 min,搅拌强度2000 rpm,反应温度30℃;氢还原温度越高,转化率随时间的变化越快,金属颗粒的粒径越大。制备合金粉末的工艺条件:还原温度800℃,还原时间23 min。In this paper,the precursor powder of Fe/Ni/Cu/Ag alloy powder was prepared by the method of coprecipitation.Inspecting the impact of the stiring intensity,titration end solution pH,reaction time and reaction temperature on the recovery of the precursor powder the process conditions are optimized by the orthogonal test of three factors and three levels.Fe/Ni/Cu/Ag alloy powder was preparated by hydrogen reduction,the effect of reduction temperature on the conversion rate and particle size are inspected.The results show that pH of titration end solution precursor powder on the recovery is the most affected,after which is reaction time,stiring intensity and reaction temperature.The optimum conditions for the preparation of precursor powder are as follows: pH11,reaction time of 35 min,stirring intensity of 2000 rpm,reaction temperature of 30 ℃;The higher temperature of the reduction,the faster the conversion rate changed with time,the greater size of the particles of metal.The technology condition for preparation of alloy powder: reduction temperature was 800 ℃,reduction time was 23 min.
