摘 要:目的研究局部非冻结性冷暴露对豚鼠坐骨神经形态结构及脂质过氧化的影响。方法观察豚鼠后半身受到(4±2)℃局部冷暴露后,坐骨神经的形态结构及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量和血液嗜中性粒细胞(NG)计数的变化。结果冷暴露后坐骨神经呈现进行性的髓鞘变性,以冷暴露后3天最严重;此时坐骨神经SOD活力显著下降(P<0.05),MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05)。血液NG计数也呈现与MDA含量变化趋势类似的变化。结论局部冷暴露导致的组织脂质过氧化可能是神经变性的重要原因。Objective To study the effects of local cold exposure(4±2)℃ on the structure and lipid peroxidation of sciatic nerve. Methods Morphological changes,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,malonaldehyde(MDA) content in sciatic nerve and amount of neutrophilic granulocyte in blood were studied in guinea pigs exposed to cold. Results Progressive myelin degeneration appeared after cold exposure,and became most serious 3 days after cold exposure,while SOD activity decreased ( P <0.05) and MDA content increased( P <0.05) significantly.The change in neutrophilic granulocyte counts was similar to that in MDA content. Conclusion Local non freezing cold exposure could induce lipoperoxidation in nerve tissue,which may be an important cause of myelin degeneration,and neutrophilic granulocyte counts may be related to lipoperoxidation.
