输尿管镜联合等离子柱状电极、等离子电切治疗男性尿道狭窄疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜联合等离子柱状电极、等离子电切治疗男性尿道狭窄的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾分析2007年1月～2009年12月38例男性尿道狭窄患者采用输尿管镜联合等离子柱状电极、等离子电切治疗的临床资料。结果本组患者均顺利完成手术,无直肠损伤、假道形成等并发症出现,手术时间20～60min,出血<20ml;术后排尿通畅,其中35例经定期尿道扩张治愈,3例因狭窄复发而行尿道内瘢痕电切术。结论输尿管镜联合等离子柱状电极、等离子电切治疗男性尿道狭窄具有损伤小、并发症少、成功率高等优点,适于临床推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safty of treatment for male urethral stricture by ureteroscopes combined bipolar plasmakinetic.Methods The clinical data of 38 male patients with urethral stricture who were operated by ureteroscopes combined bipolar plasmakinetic were retrospectively analyzed from Jan 2007 to Dec 2009.Results The surgeries in 38 cases were performed successfully,no complications of rectal injury,formation of false passage and others occurred in the study.The oparetive time was 20~60min and the blood loss was less than 20ml.All cases obtained unobstructed micturition after the surgeries,35 cases were cured by periodic urinary expanding and the surgeries of urethal stricture scar resection in 3 cases were performed due to scar recurrences.Conclusion The treatment for male urethral stricture by ureteroscopes combined bipolar plasmakinetic has the advantage of safety of minimal invassion,fewer complication,higher successful rate and others.The procedure should be the best choice of treatment for male urethral stricture.
