摘　　要：目的：探讨咽异感症心理疏导的内容要点。方法：回顾总结1270例咽异感症诊疗资料，分析咽异感症心理疏导的方法。结果：精神因素引起的咽异感症患者经过心理疏导和药物治疗大多短期痊愈。结论：针对患者的恐癌心理对比其与咽喉食管恶性疾病症状性质、病程发展、兼有症状等的区别和与精神紧张的关系具有较好的疏导效果。Objiective The discussion swallows different feeling sickness psychology unblocking the content main point. Methods The review summarizes 1270 examples to swallow the different feeling sickness diagnosing and treating material, the analysis swallows different feeling sickness psychology unblocking the method. Results The energetic factor causes swallows the different feeling sickness patient after psychological unblocking and the pharmacological treatment mostly short-term healing. Conclusions Fears the cancer psychology in view of the patient to contrast it with the pharynx and larynx esophagus malignant disease symptom nature, the course development, to have at the same time the symptom and so on difference and the relations has the good unblocking effect with the mental strain.
