摘  要:目的研究八角茴香杀青晒干品及其硫熏干燥品挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取八角茴香杀青晒干品及其硫熏干燥品的挥发油,用GC-MS法鉴定挥发油成分。结果从杀青晒干品及其硫熏干燥品的挥发油中分别鉴定出45、52个化学成分,分别占各挥发油总量的99.44%和99.66%。其中有40个化学成分是共有化合物。杀青晒干品和硫熏干燥品挥发油提取率分别为7.0%和10.8%,硫熏干燥品的出油率更高。结论两者挥发油均以反式茴香脑为主要成分,但所含化合物及各成分含量存在一定差异。Objective To analyze the chemical components of essential oil from different processed products of Illicium verum Hook.f.Methods The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation from sunning-fixed sample and sulfur-smoke-dried sample,and their components were analyzed by GC-MS.Results There were 45,52 chemical components identified in essential oil got from sunning-fixed sample and sulfur-smoke-dired sample,which took up 99.44% and 99.66% of the essential oil total amount,respectively.The two kinds of the sample shared 40 same chemical components.The extraction ratio of essential oil were 7.0% and 10.8%,respectively.The extraction ratio from the sulfur-smoke-dried sample was better than that from the sunning-fixed sample.Both of the major components in the essential oil were trans-anethole.Conclusion The results showed that different processed products posses the similar chemical components but their contents were different.
