摘　　要：本文以四川大学华西医院"固定资产管理系统"的开发实践为基础,对医院固定资产重点环节管理的方法进行了理论总结。从系统规划设计到系统模块设计等问题展开了讨论。并就关键步骤、环节流程和配套管理制度等进行了详细描述。固定资产管理,在制度方面有国家的相关规定,但管理方法各单位根据自己的规模、业务范围不同又各有特色。四川大学华西医院以单院区4000床的规模,使医院固定资产管理在数量上和管理范围上都在全国名列前茅。因此,医院资产管理系统的开发理念带有一定普遍性和通用性。The key points management of fixed assets in hospital is summarized on the basis of the author＇s experience of developing the hospital management system for fixed assets in West China Hospital,Sichuan University.The problems in the design of systemic project and module are discussed.Detailed descriptions were made on key points management,process stream and complement management system.There are relevant state regulations on management of fixed assets.However,the method of management in each unit varies according to its size and sphere of business.The number and spectrum of fixed assets management in West China Hospital are among the top ones in China considering its 4000-bed size.Thus,the idea of developing the hospital management system for fixed assets should be generally applicable.
