摘　　要：立足衡阳农村人居环境的现状,坚持实事求是,加强引导,探讨了改善农村人居环境的发展对策,对改善农村人居环境质量,加快衡阳农村经济建设提供理论与方法,同时对于农村人居环境建设的研究具有很强的借鉴意义。According to the current rural residential environment in Hengyang, insisting on seeking truth from facts and enhancing guidance, the paper discusses the developing countermeasures of improving rural residential environment, which provides theory and method to the improvement of the rural residential environment quality and the acceleration of rural economic construction in Hengyang, and has great significance to the research on the rural residential environment construction.
