摘　　要：指出建设工程合同管理是建立维护建筑市场良好经济秩序的重要手段和有效方法,对目前合同管理中的常见问题进行了分析,并结合工程实践,就加强施工合同管理的有效途径做了初步探索,提出了一些可行性建议,以适应市场需求。The paper points out the contract management of the construction projects is the important means and effective method for maintaining better economy order, analyzes the common problems in the current contract management, and combines with primary exploration for the effective channels for improving the effective channels for the contract management, and points out some feasible suggestions, so as to fit for the market needs.
